Hot Spring Spas of North County
Hot Spring Spa of North County started in Escondido California in 1985. As the family business grew, so did showroom space. Now, the showroom proudly displays the best the industry has to offer in over 5000 square feet.
A great deal of research has been spent in selecting each of the products that we offer. We too are customers as we select products to sell and manufacturers to do business with. The first spa the family owned was a Hot Spring Spa dating back to 1978...it still works fine! We wanted more families to receive the same enjoyment, satisfaction and relaxation that we had for so many years so we opened our doors in 1985 carrying Hot Spring Spas. In 1987, we added Finnleo Saunas into our product mix. Having close Scandinavian ties, we understood and appreciated the many health benefits associated with saunas. We wanted to sell a true, authentic Finnish sauna as opposed to an "Americanized" sauna. Finnleo Saunas was selected for their quality, innovative heaters and true Finnish woods. In addition to our traditional Finnish Saunas, we also offer infrared heat therapy rooms from Finnleo. Above ground pools was added into the product offering in 1990. Originally, we offered metal wall pools in addition to our soft sided pools but now strictly specialize in the sales of KD pools and the Flexipool. In the early 1990's, Finnleo steam bath equipment was added as a wonderful compliment to the sauna products. In 1992, Hot Spring Spas introduced the Tiger River line of spas and then later the Solana, Hot Spot and Freeflow Spas came to round out our spa offerings. Now, we are importing a beautiful line of outdoor furniture products.
Throughout our years in business, we have always strived to offer quality products with quality accessory items and support products. Just as we research our larger products, we also research such products as chemicals, toys, gazebos, steps and other spa, pool, sauna accessories or outdoor furniture items. If we wouldn't own it ourselves, we wouldn't sell it.

Since the day we opened our doors, service has been more than just a word, it's our philosophy. If you have a problem, that means we have a problem. We believe that happy customers refer more people. Therefore, it is our priority to keep our existing customers happy and extend our assistance to prospective new customers. We not only pride ourselves on the quality and the reliability of the products we carry but also on our staff who provide our unparalleled customer service. At Hot Spring Spa of North County, a wonderful relationship with our customers continues long after the sale and delivery of your product.
What to expect as a customer
Our expert staff is ready and able to handle any of your service needs. Part of what defines great service is never needing it, but making sure we're available if and when you do. To quote an old saying, "The Buck Stops Here". The trend locally is for a company to contract their service out to another separate independent company. The problem is that the independent company does not have a vested interest in you—the customer. Therefore, quality control over how the customer is handled greatly diminishes. So, we don't just accept your money and send you elsewhere for service. Our stocked service trucks are owned and insured by Hot Spring Spa of North County. Our service technicians have all been factory trained and authorized to repair the products we sell. In fact, our Service Manager was trained by Jon Watkins (of Watkins Manufacturing) himself in 1985 on the repair of Hot Spring Spas. All service technicians are employees of the company and continually attend service seminars as products change. Our in store staff are also trained to answer your questions and have access to computerized diagnostics to help with your every need.
When you get a hot tub or sauna delivered by Hot Spring Spa of North County, you will be provided with a complete orientation on the use as well as maintenance information. A service technician will review the performance of your new product to ensure your happiness. Your home will be cleaned of any debris before we leave.

Do you have a hard to find part? We keep a full inventory of Hot Spring Spa, Tiger River, Hot Spot and Solana Spa parts in stock dating back to spas manufactured in 1975. We also keep a supply of sauna parts, pool and spa filters and other related parts. If you are having trouble locating a particular part, give us a call. We may have your needed part in stock or could locate one and special order it for you. Special order parts can be received in as little as 24 hours or up to 1 week.
